Payment Terms:
Payment may be made with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or pre-paid.

Shipping Methods:
We charge shipping and handling fees on all orders. Charges are FOB shipping point and can vary greatly depending on weight, shipping method and destination. Livesay's Inc can ship via most common carriers such as UPS, FedEx and USPS and reserve the right to choose the best carrier.

Minimum Order:
Our minimum order is $25.00, excluding shipping and handling charges. Any order less than $25.00 will be charged an additional $3.00 handling fee on top of regular shipping and handling fees.

Returns:
We will gladly accept returns on merchandise provided the product is not damaged or used and is returned in the original package. All returns must be received by Livesay's Inc within 30 days of the date of invoice for a complete credit or refund (less any shipping charges). Any return after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer will receive credit towards future orders only. No returns are accepted after 60 days. Returns must be made in a sturdy cardboard box and accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a note of explanation. All return shipping and insurance costs are the customer's responsibility. No electronic watch parts, including movements, can be returned for credit or an exchange if the package has been opened. No returns on videos, books, discontinued or special ordered items.

Damaged Shipments:
If a shipment is damaged, opened or tampered with during transit, the customer must contact the carrier immediately and file a claim. We can not do this for you. Retain all packaging material until after an inspection has been made by the carrier.

Back Orders:
We make every effort to keep all products you see advertised in stock. In the event we are out of stock of an item you order, we will back order it and ship it to you upon our receipt. Back ordered items will be indicated on your invoice. However, if you provide us prior notice, we can hold your order until all items are available or we can ship what is available and cancel all items that are currently out of stock. But, you must let us know your preference in advance. We do charge for shipping on all back ordered items.

Sales Tax:
Appropriate sales tax is charged on all orders bound for Florida unless we have proper exempt documentation on file.

Product Safety:
All products sold by Livesay's are restricted for use by professional tradesmen only. Our products are not for general public or household use. All products should be operated with in the guidelines as specified by the manufacturer.

Warranties:
All warranties are between the end user and the products manufacturer. Any claims of defect in material or workmanship are to be handled by the manufacturer and at their discretion.
